Venus Home & Health Solutions was created from a simple but powerful belief: women and families deserve care that feels personal, respectful, and genuinely supportive—especially during life’s most vulnerable seasons.

Founded and led by a Nurse Practitioner, our practice blends clinical expertise with compassion, listening, and continuity of care. We understand that health is never just about symptoms or diagnoses. It’s about how you feel in your body, your home, and your daily life—and how supported you feel while navigating change. Care is organized around what your body is telling us—not quick labels.

As a Nurse Practitioner with personal knowledge of how often women’s concerns are minimized, rushed, or addressed only on the surface, I created Venus Home & Health Solutions to offer something different—care that slows down, listens deeply, and treats each person as a whole.

This practice was built with intention: to provide evidence-based care while honoring dignity, comfort, and trust. Whether supporting a woman through hormonal transitions or helping a family navigate care at home, my goal is always the same—to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported. We focus on education, shared decision-making, patient advocacy and practical solutions that fit your goals, body and lifestyle—not one-size-fits-all care.

Meet the Founder
Motunrayo Ajayi
Founder &Nurse Practitioner
Motunrayo Ajayi is the founder of Venus Home & Health Solutions and a Nurse Practitioner with nearly eight years of clinical experience. She created this practice out of a deep commitment to advocating for women to feel their best at every stage of life—without accepting symptoms, dismissal, or suboptimal health as “normal.”

Motunrayo’s clinical background spans medicine, emergency care, primary care, maternity, and postpartum care. Through this work, she has seen how often women’s concerns are minimized or fragmented, leading to delayed diagnoses and unmet needs. Venus Home & Health Solutions was designed to be different—providing longer visits to allow for comprehensive care that looks at the whole person.
She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Brandon University and a Master of Nursing from Athabasca University. Her approach centres on comprehensive assessments, thoughtful lab evaluation when appropriate, and evidence‑based treatment options tailored to each woman’s goals—whether that includes hormonal health, metabolic support, preventive care, or coordinated referrals.
At its core, this practice reflects Motunrayo’s belief that women deserve to be heard, understood, and supported with clarity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
